- The content on this website is general information. Please read our CRA Disclaimer; it forms part of these terms.
- You may view and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or sell our content, logo or design without our written permission.
- You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, uploading harmful files or submitting information that is false or belongs to someone else without their permission.
Tax Intake Form and documents
- Submitting the Tax Intake Form or uploading documents is a request for our services. It does not by itself create an engagement; we will confirm the scope of work and our fees before filing anything.
- You are responsible for making sure the information and documents you provide are complete, accurate and yours to share. If you include information about a spouse, partner or dependant, you confirm you have their permission.
- We prepare returns based on the information you give us. We are not responsible for errors, penalties or interest that result from information that was incomplete or inaccurate, or that was provided late.
- How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
No guarantees
We prepare and review returns carefully and keep you informed about deadlines and CRA requirements, but the CRA makes its own decisions. We do not guarantee any refund amount, assessment result, processing time or audit outcome.
Fees
Any prices or pricing descriptions on the website are general. Your fee depends on the complexity of your situation and will be confirmed with you before we begin work.
Third-party links and services
The website links to and embeds content from third parties, such as the CRA, Google Maps, Google reviews and Instagram. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Website availability
We aim to keep the website available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change or remove content at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, Taxwala is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the general information on this website. This does not limit our responsibilities to clients under a separate engagement for tax or accounting services.
